A pregnant lady was attacked Sunday while attempting to impede a theft at the Manhattan pastry kitchen where she works, police and sources said.
The hoodlum went into Paris Baguette on Sixth Avenue close to East 37th Street around 8:45 a.m. furthermore, grabbed things without paying, cops said.
The laborer, who is a couple of months pregnant, attempted to prevent him from leaving with the things yet the man pushed and punched her, police sources said.
The burglar escaped from the store yet was captured by police a brief time frame later, as indicated by a NYPD spokeswoman.
